Learn how to prepare a delicious dinner using chocolate in creative ways. Lisa Carter, owner of The Bakery in Lewisburg, will teach you how to prepare an entire dinner featuring Cuban and American recipes. The evening will include cooking demonstrations and a buffet dinner with wine. Reserve your space early in this popular class, and prepare for a feast!

Black Bean Soup
a very tasty interesting blend of ingredients for a “meal of a soup”
Pork Tenderloin Mole
a twist on traditional mole sauce
(Mole is a popular spicy Cuban sauce which uses chocolate)
Cuban-style Spanish Rice
Sweet Potato Fritters
Peasant black bread
a delicious dark, but light in texture bread, with chocolate and cumin
Cuban Flan
creamy baked custard with caramel sugar sauce
Chocolate-dipped stuffed Dates
almond stuffed dates infused with rum and orange liquor, dipped in chocolate
